~ Kent graduated from University of Nebraska receiving a Master’s Degree.
~ Kent came to Woods Bros. Realty in 1994 and is committed to selling Real Estate full time.
~ Kent was given the Company’s “Rising Star” award in 1996, the highest honor for a young agent, is a longtime member of the Realtors Association of Lincoln’s ‘Honor Roll’ and was selected as Woods Bros Realty “REALTOR of the YEAR” for 2001.
~ Kent received his A.B.R. (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation in 1996 and his e-agent designation in 2000, showing his commitment to staying on top of the changing technology within the Real Estate profession.
~ Kent stays very active in the business, averaging over $7 Million in sales annually, and nearly $9.3 million in business in 2015. He also spend much time in the company’s Mentoring program helping to train new agents.
~ Kent has served as Chairperson for the Woods Bros. Advisory Committee. He has sat on the Woods Bros Foundation for Giving, Technology Users Group and is involved in several committees for the Realtors Association of Lincoln, including a seat on the RAL Board of Directors and the 2004 Chair of the Realtors Political Action Committee.
~ Kent is involved in activities for the community such as “Stuff the Mayflower” Food Bank Drive, “Zoo Night” at the Children’s Zoo & “Halloween Hullabaloo” at our office for neighborhood children.
~ Kent is Past-President & member of a local CenterSphere, a group of individuals from varying professions that network on a weekly basis.
~ Kent is married to Christine and they have two daughters, Ashleigh and Jessica.
